Booking your meeting at the CCMIT Conference Meeting Center is easy, convenient, and affordable with our one-price Meeting Packages. You will never have an unplanned charge at CCMIT. Our friendly, professional meeting support staff is ready to serve you.

Our Day Meeting Package (DMP) includes the following:

General session meeting room.
Buffet style lunch in the main dining room.
Continuous refreshment from a centralized break service.
Standard audio visual equipment in the general session meeting room.
Service charge included in the day meeting package.
Free access to e-mail and high-speed Internet from computer stations located throughout the campus.
Free parking on the conference center campus grounds.

For overnight guests, our Complete Meeting Package (CMP) adds the following elements to the Day Meeting Package (DMP):
