Meeting Packages
At the Conference Center at the Maritime Institute (CCMIT), the meeting packages are inclusive of the general session meeting room. However, additional charges may be incurred, as space and equipment are dictated by the customer's specific needs.
Complete Meeting Package (CMP)
At CCMIT, the Complete Meeting Package (CMP) includes the following:

Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) in our main Dining Room.

Overnight guest room accommodations.

Continuous refreshment break service.

Standard audio visual equipment in the general session meeting room.

Use of the onsite recreational amenities (indoor pool, game room, fitness room, racquetball court).

Service charge.

Free parking.
Day Meeting Package (DMP)
At CCMIT, the Day Meeting Package (DMP) includes the following:
