The conference center is dedicated to providing professional meeting and event support in accordance with the Meeting & Conference Industry's Best Practices. Full service accommodations include guest rooms, meeting space, food & beverage, conference technology including audio / video, high speed internet access, networked computer labs and other conference services. Rooms have excellent lighting and individual climate controls. Power, voice and data connections are plentiful to support audio-visual and presentation technologies. Building and room security is a priority with a new keycard system in place.

 

Dedicated meeting spaces include small, medium and large breakout rooms, meeting rooms, and conference rooms with flexible state-of-the-art equipment, furnishings and a comfortable auditorium that seats 350 attendees. A typical meeting / conference package includes a general session meeting room, room set-up, buffet-style lunch in the main dining area, continuous refreshment, audio-visual equipment, free access to high-speed Internet from computer stations located throughout the facility, free parking for up to 600 vehicles, free shuttle service to and from BWI Airport, and a conference meeting planner for event planning assistance.

 

For overnight guests staying at the conference hotel, dinner and breakfast in the main dining room, guest room with private bath, a queen or two double beds, cable television, high-speed Internet access, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a computer work station with an executive chair is available. Conference hotel guests have access to the fully equipped fitness center, large indoor swimming pool, game room, jogging and walking trails, and our comfortable lounge with large-screen television.
